Before joining Informed Ventures, Dennis was the Managing Partner of CE Innovation Capital, a global investment firm that has backed fintech, blockchain, and AI companies across the US, Asia, and emerging markets since 2016.

Previously, Dennis served as CFO and Board Director of a NYSE-listed fintech company, where he led financial operations, corporate strategy, M&A, and capital markets activities. Prior to that, he spent many years in investment banking, advising high-growth technology companies on fundraising and cross-border M&A across Asia and Silicon Valley. Dennis began his career in Silicon Valley as a technologist and was instrumental in the founding of a successful biomedical technology company.

Dennis received a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
